i think i may actually go to sleep before 3 a.m. tonight... wish me luck.

i've been busy all weekend, and didn't get home until 4 p.m. today. yesterday i went shopping, managed to find a pair of kahkis for 20 bucks. score! hehe... there was a nice hoodie too but i couldn't buy it. abusing my visa sounds soooo nice sometimes. but how else would i pay it off when i have no money?

then i went clubbing. we had a get together at nicole's first... me, nicole, marilyn, lori, marlene, clara, arlene, and a few more no doubt. i pigged out on nachos and cheese, but it was worth it. we didn't even leave for the club until after 1 a.m. and to our surprise, the place wasn't packed... and it was friday night! blah. tonight's the busy night, when you have to force your way through the crowds. and nice boys come up to you and offer drinks that you can't drink because you're sXe and allergic to alcohol on top of that.

we came home around 2:30 a.m (stinking of club, ugh). and talked the night away until about 3:30. it seems we always get into deep conversations all the while trying to keep our eyelids open with toothpicks. but, it's nice. no t.v. or music playing, just talking.

i got up at 8:30 this morning, so nicole could drag me around to yard sales. i bought two cookie cutters for a quarter each, some cassette cases for a penny each, and an old magazine. i'm such the spender =o)

we spent the rest of the afternoon just going around town, doing nothing in particular. i came home at 4:30 and fell asleep. i woke up and there was this hilarious "scary" movie on t.v. something to do with "monkey shines" in the title? i dunno, i only caught the end. but there was a paralyzed guy in a wheelchair being totured by a little kapuchi monkey with a smart noggin'. i laughed the whole way through. in the end, the guy tricked him into hugging him, and then he bit into the monkey's neck and shook him around like a rabied dog. talk about a weird movie.

anyway, i haven't heard from the video store yet. but i don't really care anymore cause there's another job i have my eye on. it's office assistant, 9.25 an hour. woo-hoo! the minimum wage here is 5.50. and even better, it's only a summer job, so no rejections because i'd have to leave by august anyway. how could it get any better? so, i'm going to pass in my resum� on monday and hope all goes well.

anyway, i think i'm going to curl up in bed and watch a movie.
