does anyone ever miss my absence? probably not.

well, as of right now, at 10:30, i have until 6:30 to: read half a novel and write an eight page paper on it, study for a big test that i haven't even opened the book at all this year, and do an economics assignment that i have yet to look at. but you know what i'm doing instead? dying my hair, 'cause i'm that good.

i'm bleaching it at the moment, i found a beacher in walmart for ten bucks, as opposed to getting it done in the salon for 100 bucks. crazy stuff i tell you. my hair is bright orange right now, i'm shocked! and i have another hour to go. see, i've never had my hair so much as lighten a full shade with light blonde dye in my life... and this bleach is taking any excuse of a shade out of my hair as i type. it's scary. after this, i'm going to put in this lilacy-purply kind of color. i'm going to get sooo many looks at school tomorrow. i don't know if that will be a good or bad thing, but i'll find out tomorrow.

anyway.

nicole left fredericton this evening, i miss her like crazy already. it was great having her here, and i didn't want her to go!

i kind of skimmed our saturday, but you'll have to deal with that, 'cause i can't even remember that far back anymore.

yesterday we slept in until.. late. i think i got up at 2:00? nicole got up at 12:00 and eric at 1:30. we spent a big chunk of the afternoon/evening vegging out at my place. we watched t.v., ate lots of food, and gossiped. laundry and dishes were finally gotten to, and we ate some more before thinking about how to spend our evening. we ended up deciding on going to a movie, but i was the source of trouble: everyone wanted to see shallow hal and i hated the thought of going to that stupid thing. i really didn't want to go, and the movies were almost cancelled when nicole suggested that i could go and take eric to see monsters, inc. and i was practically gone already, hehe... i've wanted to see that movie ever since the previews came out!

by the time the movies were about to start, marilyn had backed out, katie and craig didn't want to go, and we had forgotten to call donald and andrea. so anyway, nicole, eric, and i went to pick up sandra, and we went our seperate ways to see our own movies. and monsters, inc. was so cute! i loved it! i want to get a talking boo. shallow hal wasn't finished for nearly an hour after monsters, inc. so eric and i waited outside their room. we got severely bored and eric started counting tiles, boards, marks, anything he could count basically. then he went even crazier and added all the counts together. we inspected the whole place, then eric discovered the arcade and the rest was history. we played racing cars, shot zombies at christmas time, eric went deer hunting... i beat him two times out of three, which is pretty good considering the last time i ever really played video games was when super nintendo was still in.

nicole and sandra finally came out and i could tell it was nothing they'd expected. i wasn't going to spent almost ten bucks on a crap movie! besides, the girl only charged me the youth price to get into monsters, inc. i don't know if i should be bragging about that, since i don't think looking like a 15 year old is such a great thing when i'm almost 20. but hey, i saved almost two bucks, so i'm not complaining!

we came home, and watched t.v., messed around, and after they went to bed, i got on the internet for a bit. i would have updated then, but i was beyond tired.

today, we slept in. then went shopping! nicole and eric got their hair cut first, then we went on to walmart and went crazy. i caved in and *whispers* bought the first three harry potter books. but only 'cause they cost 21 bucks! i also got the hair bleacher, shrek on dvd, a seventeen magazine (i miss those things!), some chocolates for christmas presents, and a few other odds and ends. oh, and milkbones for my doggie back home. i miss him sooooo much!

nicole went all out and spent like 400 bucks on clothes, which is something i wish i could do. i need jeans!

we pigged out at the food court, then nicole dropped me off at home, and started her way back to sackville.

*sobs* i want her back here dammit!

so i've been spending all this time cleaning up, doing laundry, dishes, cleaning some more, tidying things up and making them "right" again.

and messing around on the internet when i should be working my butt off. melissa just called me and freaked when i told her i haven't started my paper yet. i work best under pressure!

what's scary though is i'm getting really tired already, so i'll have to start putting some coffee on... it's going to be a long night.
