ooh, how i hate living in a small town, there's never anything to do.

like today, i wanted to go out and have some fun. of course, i came off to a late start (i somehow managed to sleep in until 3 p.m., is that even possible of me?) but i got up and got all ready. went out to supper (you'd never believe it, but i had cake, i'll admit it was gross though), then went to go and see nicole. we didn't do all that much... we went to subway cause she had this huge craving for fountain soda *cringes* and cookies *cringes again*. we drove around most of the night. it was so beautiful out, the sky was full of pinks and oranges, and the sunset made the whole landscape background pink. oh, how i wish i had a camera! grr. we also went down to the water, and the tide was soooo low. we just sat there in the car, for the longest time and enjoyed the view. and we did a lot of catching up, talk-wise. i mean, we have been apart for so long, she asked me whether i had been lazy and kept my hair down (instead of spiked) or was it my new style. so it definitely shows that we need to find a lot more time to spend together!

and even more disappointing news: the tattoo guy finally called at ten tonight, and he told me the barbells he uses to pierce navels with aren't even fully hypo-allergic. but even so, i said i'd get it done anyway, and he can't even fit me in until the 28th. and i'm working that day! i mean, that's a week and a half, how busy can a tattoo/piercing guy be in a town of 8,000? blah. i hate it here. so now i don't even know when i can get it done at all! is it even worth $60? no, but i really want it done, and that's the only reason i'm even considering it.

but, i don't feel like writing anymore... maybe i'll go to bed extra early tonight, and i might wake up at a decent hour in the morning. think so? i don't. but anyway, i'm going to find a decent movie and curl up in bed.
