okay, i'm beyond tired tonight, and since i'm working tomorrow, i want to get up at a decent hour and have a somewhat decent day before i die of boredom at the store.

but i don't like my bellybutton piercing today. it was fine for three days. no pain, no swelling, no discharge, nothing... but today, it started getting red, then swollen, itchy, and now it's oozing. grrr! it finally hurts to move now too.

now, someone give me some advice here: could it be the soap i'm using to clean it? there isn't a single antibacterial liquid soap in town with no perfumes, so it might be a reaction to that. but could it even get infected this early? i mean i've been cleaning it twice a day, and leaving it alone. or maybe is it from being too active... or what? all i know is that it hurts, and doesn't look pretty anymore.

i went to the beach today, it was much needed. it was 37�C with the humidex today. enough to get me half-baked. so i waded in the cold water, it was sooo therapeutic.

then i had to go to my workshop. it was oh so boring. and crammed. the lady was talking a mile a minute! but it's done and over with, i don't have to deal with my funding agency anymore until university starts. next month! wooo, i can't believe the time, it's going by so quickly.

and i have to fix my schedule around, melissa got a completely different schedule from mine, and we only get two classes together each semester. which isn't allowed.

then after i visited melissa for a while, i had to go and see lisa-marie and sylvia at work. lisa-marie lost her key to lock up so i had to come to the rescue. she took forever to close up too, cause she couldn't get her counts to work out right. and now i'm dead tired.

and i have a confession to make: i took a draw of a cigarrette tonight. i had managed to stay away from them for nine whole months. bad marie. but i wanted to see if i really hate it as much as i think i do, and yes, i do. it's bad news. and expensive. and it made me light-headed. or as i told lisa-marie later on that night, "left-handed" *lol* i'm already left-handed.

which just proves how much i need to get to sleep.
