it's official: i miss my hair.

yes, i love short hair... i don't need to brush it, there's no tangling, i use next to no shampoo (as opposed to a bottle every month with longer hair)... but i'm getting sick of spending all my money on mousse, and hairspray, and hair glue ($12 a tube), which has to be washed out every night before i go to sleep. and styling my hair every morning into spikes is a bit time-consuming and annoying... then i can't lay on it if i wanna go out, cause it'll go flat, then i have to wash it and start over (okay, so i take this spike thing a bit too serious but that's the way i am). and i don't wanna cut it super short, cause my hair is thick and i'm scared that it'll just stick off all over, instead of going flat like everyone else's.

so, i think i'm going to try and grow it out, and put up with the tangles. at least i'd be able to do stuff with it. but, i'm still torn between the two and i don't know what to do.

my boss called this morning, and she's moving me over to the store that i'm supposed to be working at. naturally, it's quite different from the one i've been trained at, and they have everything in different places, have different codes for the banking machine, online lotto machine, and cash register. how lovely. and even worse, it's busy ALL the time. i normally wouldn't mind it, but i hate checking lotto/scratch tickets, cause i have to look for codes that are hidden everywhere, and then doing out the tickets is even more annoying because it's a touch system, and i never manage to work it out properly. blah. then i have to put up with rotten kids all day, and pain in the butt people along with that. is this worth $6 an hour? oh well, enough complaining for me, i have to get going in a half hour. what's even worse, is nicole works from 8:30 to 4, and i work from 4-11, so we never get to see/talk to each other anymore. oh, the joys of adulthood.
