i'm listening to my new less than jake cd right now. the ups guy delievered it to me, which is still a concept i'm getting used to. all my life i've had to go down to the post office to pick up my mail. and every now and then, a ups guy comes to my door, and there i am in my tee and boxers. it's almost too easy. i still have to make yet another complaint to jester.com. i used this $10 discount to get the cd, and i even saved the page that said the discount got entered into the purchase. and they still charged me full-price. it's been over two weeks and i still haven't heard from them. i'm getting to despise the internet.

i don't like this album though. but, as with most cd's, it'll probably grow on me. plus, i'm getting two new save ferris albums from my friends, and another friend made me two cd's which i can't wait to get. all ska of course. i might work on trying to get some new found glory, because i've gotten too bothered to download mp3's off napster and make the cd's myself. it's almost not worth all the work! yes, i'm lazy.

time to hunt down some stamps. i'm mailing off my university applications today, yikes. this is getting too real, and even though i've wanted to get out of this town for sooooo long, now that it's actually come time, i'm getting nervous. i've spent my whole life in this one tiny town, and wherever i end up going, it'll be a different place, and so much bigger. i'll be just another kid living off kraft dinner and ketchup *shudders*. i'm leaning towards st. thomas u though, because melissa's going there, and she's going to major in psychology too. at least i'd have a good friend there with me. hopefully i'll get in, i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

anyway, time to go off to the post office, and get to work on my chemistry. blah. plus, the kids are just getting home, i hear them in the driveway.

i can't wait for college on monday, as crazy as that may seem.
